Mill & Mortar now reintroduces the classic candied flowers. Our French manufacturer, whose 200-year old legacy is defined by this type of product, is the last of his kind in the Toulouse region. Since 1818, they have been harvesting flowers and leaves that are at their peak and crystallizing them in sugar syrup.

We have selected 3 flavours; Candied Violet, Candied Rose and Candied Mint, all of which add colour and flavour to chocolates, desserts and cakes.
